Job Description: Deputy Branch Manager Retail Banking

Role Summary
Supports the Branch Manager in driving sales, ensuring smooth branch operations, delivering strong customer service and maintaining compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve branch sales targets across liabilities, assets and crosssell products.
- Ensure highquality customer service and handle escalations.
- Oversee daily operations, process adherence and regulatory compliance (KYC/AML).
- Support branch audits and implement riskmitigation measures.
- Coach and supervise staff to improve productivity and service quality.
- Monitor reports, MIS and overall branch performance.

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in business or finance
- 5–8 years of retail banking experience with supervisory exposure
