Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a leading global technology brand's International Blended Process. This role offers exposure to Voice, Chat, and Ticketing support channels, with the final process allocation based on business requirements, candidate assessment, and experience.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach to deliver an exceptional support experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide prompt and skilled support to international customers through Voice, Chat, or Ticketing channels.
- Resolve customer queries related to products, services, accounts, orders, billing, and technical concerns.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate resolutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases to the relevant teams whenever required.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and service level targets.
- Follow company policies, security guidelines, and process compliance at all times.
- Adapt to different support channels based on business requirements.

Working Schedule

- Days: 5 days per week
- Shifts: Rotational shifts of 10 hours
- Weekly Off: rotational weekly off

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Grad./ UG
- Experience: Open to both freshers and experienced candidates
- Age Requirement: Minimum 18 years
- Note: Candidates pursuing regular course are not eligible
