Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive programs to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, implement changes, and measure program success.
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure effective allocation of funds and meeting project milestones.
- Analyze data to track program performance metrics, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
Job Requirements:
- 10-22 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Program Manager or similar role.
- Solid understanding of F&O; programming language and its applications in supply chain management.
- planning/schedule/roadmap or tracking track level status, guiding/mentoring team.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to delivery using dynamic methodologies like Agile or Scrum.
