We are looking for a skilled Lead II - Software Engineering with 6-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in C++, COM, MFC, C, Microservices, gRPC, Python, Embedded C++, Gtest/Gmock, and Nunit.

Roles and Responsibility

- Mentor teams and manage stakeholders effectively.

- Design and develop software applications using C++ and other programming languages.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

- Develop and maintain high-quality code that meets industry standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of C++, COM, MFC, C, Microservices, gRPC, Python, Embedded C++, Gtest/Gmock, and Nunit.

- Experience in mentoring teams and managing stakeholders is essential.





- A strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies is required.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Solid leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide team members are expected.

- Familiarity with MFC, Axini, SpecFlow is desirable.
