Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated **Team Lead** to lead our Linux, Devops and Cloud Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Linux administration, cloud infrastructure, infrastructure automation, CI/CD, virtualization technologies, and AI-assisted development tools. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent technical deep dive and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Linux, DevOps and Infrastructure Engineers.
Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure.
Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform and Ansible.
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS.
Administer Linux-based production environments.
Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware or KVM.
Develop automation slutions using ansible,



python and jenkins.
Leverage AI tools to improve engineering productivity, automation, documentation, and code quality.
Collaborate with development, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure seamless software delivery.
Monitor infrastructure performance, troubleshoot complex production issues, and drive root cause analysis.
Define and enforce DevOps best practices, security standards, and operational excellence.
Participate in architecture discussions and technology roadmap planning.
Manage project deliverables, resource allocation, and team performance.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in Linux Administration
Hands-on experience with Ansible
Strong knowledge of Jenkins CI/CD
Experience with AWS Cloud Services
Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Virtualization technologies: VMware or KVM
Strong Python scripting skills
Experience using Claude for engineering productivity and automation
Team leadership and people management
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
