Job Role
Lead plant operations for secure, disciplined, efficient, and target-oriented manufacturing performance.

Job Responsibilities
Ensure day-to-day production execution, operating discipline, manpower deployment, procedure compliance, shift management, process troubleshooting, and coordination with maintenance, technical services, laboratory, and planning. Maintain strong field presence and drive stable plant operation.

Job Deliverables
Consistent production, reduced process upsets, better quality compliance, lower losses, improved manpower discipline, and stronger shift performance.

Qualification
BE B.Tech in Mechanical Chemical Equivalent

Nature of Experience




Operations management in continuous-process plants with direct line responsibility for production and field teams.

Industry Preference
PVC VCM Chlor-Alkali Petrochemical Refinery Fertilizer Continuous Process Plants

Preferred Exposure
Operations management, shift leadership, operating discipline, start-up/stabilization, and handling of abnormal process situations.

Broad Attributes of the Incumbent
Action-oriented, disciplined, technically sound, people-focused, and strong in field execution.

Key Interfaces
Shift Managers, CTS, Maintenance, Reliability, Laboratory, Planning, HSEF, and Stores.
