Roles & Responsibilities:

. Build and own the annual BTL and events calendar across festive, seasonal, retailer-led and sponsor-led activations.
. Conceptualize and execute large-format mall events, atrium activations, exhibitions and IP-led properties.
. Drive footfall, dwell-time and conversion KPIs through repeatable on-ground programming.
. Manage end-to-end execution covering vendors, BOQs, timelines, permissions, fabrication, manpower, AV and security.
. Partner with anchor stores and retailers for joint promotions, sales drives and category days.
. Build alliances with schools, colleges, RWAs, corporates and influencer/community groups in the catchment.

Coordinate with the SOH and sponsorship team to monetize events through title and category sponsors.
. Manage event P&L; including budgets, vendor settlements and post-event ROI reporting.
. Lead a team of executives and agency partners and maintain a robust vendor ecosystem.
. Ensure compliance with permissions, fire and safety norms, and other regulatory requirements.
