Position - DG Operator/DG Technician

Location - Gujarat, Khavda.

Exp - 0 to 5 Years

Job Responsibilities

- Operate and monitor DG sets ranging from 125 KVA to 2000 KVA.
- Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of DG equipment.
- Monitor fuel consumption, oil levels, coolant levels, and battery systems.
- Maintain daily operation logs and equipment performance records.
- Coordinate with electrical and mechanical maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.
- Respond to emergency power requirements and breakdowns.

Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in DG operation and maintenance.




- Experience with Cummins, Kirloskar, Caterpillar, or equivalent DG sets preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical safety practices and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

- DG operation and maintenance
- Preventive maintenance planning
- Electrical troubleshooting
- Generator synchronization (preferred)
- Record keeping and reporting
