Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, revenue generation, account management, academy counselling or similar sales roles.

• Preferred background: ed-tech, academy counselling, admissions sales, service sales, health-tech, hospitality, consumer service or startup sales.

• Solid communication skills with ability to explain services clearly over calls and WhatsApp.

• Comfortable with daily calling, aggressive follow-ups, target ownership and revenue pressure.

• Good at consultative selling, objection handling and urgency creation. • Basic comfort with Google Sheets/Excel, CRM tools, WhatsApp Business and daily reporting.

• Pet care experience is optional. Love for pets and service mindset will be an added advantage.

Work Location and Policies • Office: HSR HustleHub, Bengaluru. • Working model: Work from office. • Working days: 6 days working. • Laptop: Own laptop preferred. If required, candidate can rent from our vendor. After 3 months, PawSpace will provide a company laptop based on confirmation and performance.
