- Drive Home Loan (HL) & Mortgage/LAP business through Channel Partners and DSAs.
- Onboard, train, and manage high-performing channel partner networks for sustained sourcing.
- Ensure quality logins, faster TAT, and healthy disbursement conversions.
- Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical & Ops teams for smooth case closures.
Preferred candidate profile :
- 3 to 4 years experience in HL & Mortgage sales via channel partners.
Strong exposure to DSA management, open market sourcing, and partner-driven growth.
- Knowledge of HL/LAP products, eligibility & documentation.
Target-driven qualified with excellent communication, negotiation & local market knowledge.
