Hiring for one of our divisions Edureka for an Associate Director / Sr Manager (Night Shift ,Bangalore)- 9 PM to 6 AM

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete P&L; for assigned business verticals, including MS, AI, Online DBA, and Data

Science programs.

- Drive revenue growth by managing sales of high-value programs with an average ticket size of

USD 4,000+.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2025 Sales Counselors, ensuring consistent achievement

of sales targets.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize conversions and improve team productivity.
- Monitor sales performance through KPIs, dashboards, and regular performance reviews.
- Coach and train team members on consultative selling, objection handling, and closing

techniques.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Admissions, and Operations to

optimize the sales funnel.

- Ensure adherence to sales processes, quality standards, and customer experience benchmarks.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business reviews for leadership.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Manager / AD – B2C Sales to lead

our international sales operations for premium online education programs,



including MS, AI, Online

DBA, and Data Science offerings. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing

high-performing B2C sales teams, owning revenue targets, and driving business growth in a

US-shift environment.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 10–15 years in B2C sales, with significant experience in team management.
- Proven experience leading international (US) sales teams in a night-shift environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-ticket B2C sales with strong revenue ownership.
- Experience handling P&L; responsibilities and driving business performance.
- Robust people leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Prior experience in the EdTech, Higher Education, Online Learning, or Executive Education
