Role & responsibilities

1. As a Plant Manager/ Head candidate will be worked for reputed Pharmaceuticals near Bangalore and he will be responsible for handling Overall the site that includes Production, QA/QC/Stores /contract employees/Security both Technical & HR, Commercials Admin etc .

2. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations for multiple dosage forms, including solid, semi-solid, and liquid formulations, while ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and regulatory compliances.

3. Candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling production activities across manufacturing facilities to achieve production targets while maximizing yield and minimizing production losses.

4. Candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of new products, cost-effective manufacturing methods, and quality enhancement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and product competitiveness.

5. Candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the site business strategy to provide clear direction, align plant operations with organizational objectives, and drive business growth and good in Management / employee relation.

6. Candidate will be responsible for building and sustaining a plant-wide culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, operational excellence, and process optimization across all functions.

Preferred candidate profile





1. Candidate should be Masters degree around 20+ years of experience in Pharma Manufacturing out of which last 2-3 years overall plant Site Head handling production, QA/QC/Stores /contract employees/Security both Technical & HR, Commercials Admin and managing workforce around 300 employees.

2. Candidate should have good knowledge of overseeing manufacturing operations for multiple dosage forms, including solid, semi-solid, and liquid formulations, while ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and regulatory compliances.

3. Candidate should have good knowledge of ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and quality standards, including CDSCO, State FDA, ISO, WHO-GMP, cGMP, ANVISA, and other relevant national and international regulatory authorities.

4. Candidate should have good knowledge of leading and supporting regulatory, customer, and export audits, ensuring successful compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards for domestic and Rest of World (ROW) markets.

5. Candidate should have valuable knowledge of overseeing and managing the complete production function in the absence of the Production Manager to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

6. Candidate should be good in effective management, employee relations & improving productivity & effective at plant level.
