Job Title: Customer Support Specialist Google Ads

We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to support businesses using the Google Ads platform. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice, chat, and email, troubleshooting Google Ads account and campaign issues, and providing timely, accurate resolutions. Candidates should be comfortable using AI-assisted tools, following standard support processes, and delivering excellent customer service in a quick-paced environment.

Job Details:

- Required Assessment: 65 (B2)
- Budget: Up to 5.2 LPA
- Location: Downtown, Gurugram
- Shift: Night Shift (24/7 rotational environment)
- Working Days: 5 days a week

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of customer service/BPO experience.
- Mandatory experience in Google Ads and a blended process (handling inbound & outbound calls, chat, and email).
- Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and AI-assisted tools.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or digital marketing is an added advantage.
