Activity 3: Teamcenter Customization & Maintenance (Not limited to): (Two Resources)

Basic Degree: BE or B. Tech (Preferred discipline: Computer Science /IT)

Minimum 03 years of experience in implementation, customization and configuration of different modules of Teamcenter, interface with other applications like MS Office, Active Workspace, TCIC Applications, CAD Applications preferably Catia V5..etc.

3.1

Teamcenter, TCIC, AWC, customization/configuration using BMIDE and custom codes as per user requirements

3.2

Provide configuration and support for different modules like My Teamcenter, Structure manager, Organizations, Report builder, Query builder, Workflow, Active workspace, CAPITAL, Document management, Requirement management, Change & Configuration management etc.

3.3

Module Specific Customization modules maintenance: Reports, Writing of ACL, PLM XML and Search Queries, Report generation using xslt program etc.

3.4

Supporting PLM implementation by creating use cases against user requirements

3.5

Creating test cases, testing and generation of test reports for implementation of changes/enhancements

3.6

Teamcenter Interface: Rich client / Thin client/ Active Workspace/ Business Modeler/Installation etc.

3.7

Using Basic Entities: Workspace object (Item/Revision/form/ dataset/envelop/ address list/change/affectivity/envelope etc.), queries/reports/product structure/workflow

3.8

Configuration of Import/Export of data objects,



Mail notifications, attachment etc.

3.9

Command Line utilities, Runtime Properties Type and Property Methods Server Exit/ User Exit

Integration of in-house developed application in rich client context.

Maintenance and enhancements to Cascading Style Sheets, Toolbar & Menus and Custom Display etc. based on user requirements

3.12

Training- Able to provide customization/application training on Teamcenter modules (My Teamcenter, Structure Manager, query builder etc.) TCIC, AWC etc.

Modifications/changes User interface appearance and Data display as per user requirements

3.14

Configuration of Teamcenter, TCIC interface, attribute mapping from CAD to Teamcenter and Teamcenter to CAD including MBD and AWC style sheet

3.15

Design Workflow, Handlers (Action/Rule Handler), ACL as per user requirements

3.16

List of Problems and their resolutions to be recorded

3.17

Issue closure reports/Closure Statistics against SLAS - Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly

3.18

User manuals preparation for modified/upgraded/recent processes

3.19

All the updated source codes (coding standards is mandatory)

All relevant documents prepared / updated as per defined templates (Design document, test plan, test reports, user manuals etc., for the modules modified/enhanced/created)
