Role & responsibilities
- Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with IATF standards and company requirements.
- Develop and implement quality plans, including PPAP documentation, control plans, FMEAs, SPCs, APQPs, MSA, and 8D reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues related to suppliers.
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary paperwork for recent product launches and changes.
- Provide training on quality tools such as PPAP documentation, Control Plan development.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance or similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Strong knowledge of IATF standards and ISO 9001:2015.
- Proficiency in using software like MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
