About the Role

Titan Watches International Business is looking for a sharp, execution-driven intern to work closely with the marketplace business team across international e-commerce platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to day-to-day marketplace operations. The intern will support platform updates, product listing maintenance, stock and pricing checks, content coordination, tracker maintenance, and routine reporting for the marketplace business.

The role will focus on accurate execution, timely coordination, and maintaining clean operational trackers across marketplace platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Invoicing, Warehouse & Shipment Coordination

- Support the invoicing process by coordinating invoice details, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate labelling and stickering requirements with relevant teams and partners.
- Track warehouse stock movement and update status as required.
- Coordinate packing schedules with Sequel and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support Amazon shipment booking and track shipment readiness through dispatch.

2. Marketplace Platform Management

- Track product listings, live assortment, availability, pricing, and content hygiene.
- Coordinate updates related to new launches, delistings, stock corrections, price changes, and content refreshes.

Sales & Operational Tracking

- Update weekly and monthly sales trackers against shared targets.
- Maintain SKU-level and collection-level sales data in standard formats.
- Track stock availability, pricing updates, payment reconciliation movement.
- Prepare routine tracker extracts and simple status updates for internal reviews.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, structured, comfortable with numbers, and solid at operational follow-through.

- Hands-on working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets; must understand key functionalities such as pivot tables, lookups, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas.
- Comfortable working with data, sales numbers, SKU-level details, and operational trackers.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills across internal teams, vendors, warehouses, and marketplace partners.
- High operational rigour with the ability to maintain accurate trackers, monitor open points, and close tasks on time.
- Strong attention to detail while handling listings, stock, pricing, invoicing, and shipment-related updates.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and willingness to learn marketplace operations hands-on.
