Job Description

Jith Mechsolutions LLP is looking for a Piping & Structural Site Engineer to supervise piping and structural fabrication and erection works at industrial project sites. The candidate should be capable of leading work crews, coordinating with client representatives, and ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise piping and structural fabrication and erection activities at site.
- Plan and monitor daily work progress to achieve project targets.
- Read and understand piping, structural, and fabrication drawings.
- Coordinate with the Client's Site Engineer, Project Engineer, and other stakeholders.
- Allocate work to supervisors, foremen, and workers, and monitor productivity.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
- Take site measurements and prepare measurement sheets for billing and quantity verification.




- Verify quantities executed and maintain measurement records.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding site progress, manpower, materials, and daily activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain daily progress reports and work records.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies at the project site.

Eligibility

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in industrial piping and structural projects is preferred.
- Fresh Mechanical Diploma/Engineering graduates with positive technical knowledge may also apply.
- Ability to read GA drawings, isometric drawings, and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of measurement recording and billing support.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Willing to travel and stay at project sites anywhere in India.
