Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and streamline our data management and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining databases, creating and analyzing reports, and providing critical insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and maintain data from various departments.
- Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel, VBA, or other tools.
- Create dashboards and performance trackers as required.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of reports and data presented to management.
- Coordinate with different teams to gather, validate, and verify data inputs.
- Maintain documentation of processes and ensure adherence to internal data governance policies.
- Provide support for ad-hoc data and reporting requirements.





Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in MIS or a similar data management role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Charts, etc.).
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data handling.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills.
