Role Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers through telecalling. The ideal candidate should have experience with IndiaMART and excellent communication skills in English or a South Indian language.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Follow up on leads received through IndiaMART and other online platforms.
- Generate recent business opportunities and convert inquiries into sales.
- Explain products and prepare customer quotations.
- Maintain customer records and update sales activities.




- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and follow-ups.
