About the Role

An ATM Field Service Engineer is responsible for the entire lifecycle of ATMs, from pre-installation and setup to ongoing maintenance and repair. This includes training clients on ATM usage, performing preventive maintenance to avoid problems, troubleshooting malfunctions, and completing repairs to get ATMs back up and running quickly. They also interact directly with customers to address any concerns and provide excellent customer service. The role requires a proactive approach, responding immediately to all complaints and scheduling preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. For complex issues, collaboration with the customer support team and R&D; department is necessary. A valid 2-wheeler license and motorbike are essential for travel to various ATM locations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Diploma or BE in EEE/ECE with 0 to 1 yr. of experience or willing to work as service technician.
- Only male candidate who are willing to travel can apply.
- Excellent in local language and English.
- Should be energetic and multitasking. Willing to work 24/7
- Good verbal and written communication skills, listening skill
