Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage wind power projects from conceptualization to commissioning, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for wind energy projects, including solar integration where applicable.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.

- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental norms, and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 15-20 years of experience in managing large-scale renewable energy projects (wind mills) or similar infrastructure development initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) from a reputed institution; Master's degree preferred but not mandatory.

- Solid understanding of power sector dynamics, particularly in renewable energy sources like solar & wind.
