Role & responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers in the end-to-end delivery of software projects using Spring Boot, React.js, Java, and Microservices architecture.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of high-quality code that meets business requirements and adheres to industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholdersincluding project managers, business analysts, and clientsto understand project objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements,



proactively recommending improvements to enhance product quality and team performance.
- Foster an agile development environment by driving continuous integration, automation, and iterative delivery.
- Ensure thorough documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.

- Robust, hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, React.js, and Java programming.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying Microservices-based solutions.
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and best practices.
