Role Summary:
We are looking for energetic, self-driven professionals to support strategic initiatives and field operations across the North East region. The role involves research, project management, stakeholder engagement, and on-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Manage projects end-to-end and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct research and provide actionable insights.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive implementation.
- Identify challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions.

Desired Profile:

- Prior experience in consulting, public policy, social impact, development sector, or related fields preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to work, travel, and stay in Imphal/Guwahati and other North Eastern states.
- Understanding of Manipur's culture, geography, and local context is an advantage.
- Preference for local candidates from Manipur.
- Proficiency in Meitei (Manipuri), Naga, or Kuki languages preferred.
