Role & Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Workday reports and dashboards using Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics.

- Create and manage template files in Worksheets and ensure proper data formatting.

- Convert text fields to instance fields within Workday where required.

- Build custom reports using Extended Enterprise Learner data sources.

- Design and build visualizations in Workday to support business insights.

- Work with Workday datasets and Prism datasets ensuring high data accuracy and integrity.

- Develop complex Prism reports and datasets to support advanced analytics.

- Perform impact analysis and assessments for changes in Workday reporting or data structures.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver solutions.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively regarding reporting changes or updates.





- Support onboarding and mentoring of new reporting team members.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 48 years of experience in Workday with strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Prism Analytics.

- Hands-on experience in Workday HCM reporting, calculated fields, and datasets.

- Experience creating custom reports and dashboards in Workday.

- Positive understanding of Workday Security and data access controls.

- Basic knowledge of SQL and data transformation concepts.

- Experience working with Extended Enterprise Learner data source is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to handle multiple reporting requirements in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in data analysis and visualization within Workday is an advantage.
