Role & responsibilities:
1. Supervise day-to-day site execution of infrastructure works (roads, drains, utilities, concrete works, etc.)
2. Interpret GFC drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour, and suppliers
4. Ensure work is executed as per quality, safety, and statutory norms
5. Maintain site measurements, MB entries, DPRs, and site records
6. Check and certify work quantities and bills
7. Coordinate with consultants and department engineers during inspections
8. Monitor material usage, wastage, and inventory at site
9. Identify site issues and report to Project Manager with solutions
10. Ensure adherence to project schedule and milestones
Preferred candidate profile:
1. Diploma / BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
2. Experience in BBMP / PWD / BWSSB / road & drain works preferred
3. Freshers with positive technical knowledge are also be considered
