Job Description WWT & RO Operator – EED

Position: WWT & RO Operator – EED

Grade: 1 to 5
Experience: 1 to 5+ Years
Location: Ulundurpettai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of Wastewater Treatment (WWT) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems.
- Operate and monitor biological, chemical, and physical wastewater treatment processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of treatment equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor treatment performance parameters and implement corrective actions as required.
- Troubleshoot operational issues using data analysis and field diagnostics.
- Maintain operational records, logs, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and company procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to ensure uninterrupted utility operations.

Qualifications





- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in wastewater treatment or utility operations is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of wastewater treatment processes, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining WWT and RO systems.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in data interpretation and the use of SCADA systems.
- Positive communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
