Skills & Experience Required :

Minimum Qualifications: •

Deep technical and functional knowledge on data modelling and processes that are supported within Client - Employee Systems (HR), UKG, ADP Global view Payroll, SAP HR • Data Governance & Security: Awareness of data security protocols and privacy and SOX requirements, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies • This role requires strong functional, technical, problem solving, and analytical skills. Experience with, or the ability to quickly learn business processes, an eagerness to learn new technologies, and strong communication and influencing skills are key dierentiators.



• Robust knowledge in delivering the recurring reporting ask and collaborate with them • Understanding of relational database concepts and hands-on experience with common database platforms • Knowledge in payroll and finance dataset to build the reports and audits. • Data modelling experience using large datasets and ability to interpret the output of those large datasets • Demonstrated proficiency with common data visualization tools such as Dataiku, Tableau • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to eectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract, understand, and document business requirements • Understanding of up-to-date data security requirements, experience with applying data encryption and data security standards a plus • Corporate finance and accounting experience a major advantage
