Education: PG diploma in Packaging Technology from Indian Institute of packaging, Mumbai with 5-6 years of experience in the FMCG Company

Key skills:

Packaging development, technical knowledge of various types of packaging materials like flexible & plastics, paper board cartons, corrugated boxes.

Having knowledge of printing processes gravure, offset, flexo.

Having worked on personal care, homecare products.

Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description:

Packaging development for primary, secondary &tertiary; packaging.

Artwork development, approval from cross function teams like product development, quality, legal,production.

Printing shade card approval, setting quality standard for packaging materials.

Custodian of all the artworks files, molds/ dies.





Define the packaging material specification as per requirement of product.

Packaging vendor development & coordination for timely supply of packaging material.

Coordination with product manufacturer for availability of packaging material.

Conduct feasibility studies and online trials for packaging material.

Work on cost saving & sustainability.

Having thorough understanding of various makes & types of equipments / machines used for packaging.

Identify the advancement and keep abreast with the current technologies in the field of packaging materialdevelopment.
