Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code based on business requirements, problem requests, and change requests in accordance with approved designs.
- Build and maintain application modules and functionalities while ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize customer impact.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues before they become critical.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting project timelines and quality standards.
- Develop performance optimization solutions and implement fixes to ensure applications operate within defined performance thresholds and SLAs.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design documents,



implementation details, and user manuals for assigned modules.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Communicate task progress, technical analysis, risks, and status updates clearly with stakeholders and team members.

Required Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, HTML5, CSS3, Spring Boot, React.js or Angular, and Microservices.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web application development.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
