Mandatory Skills & Screening Criteria:

- Core Experience: 10 to 15 years of dedicated experience in SAP environments.
- Niche Specialization: Must have 10+ years of core specialization in OpenText VIM and OCR solutions.
- Lifecycle Experience: Minimum of 3 full-lifecycle implementations of OpenText VIM (v7.5, v20.4, or newer) and IC4S / BCC.
- Integration: Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM (PO lifecycle, MIRO) and SAP FICO (AP, FB60, Taxes) to handle automated postings and downstream PTP process automation.

Detailed Job Description:Role Summary: The Subject Matter Expert (SME) will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture, blueprinting, implementation, and optimization of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Intelligent Capture for SAP Solutions (IC4S).Key Responsibilities:

- Architecture & Workflows: Lead design and deployment of complex OpenText VIM implementations/rollouts across SAP S/4HANA environments.



Configure multi-level approval matrices using SAP Business Workflow and SAP Fiori tracking apps.
- OCR & Extraction Tuning: Own the end-to-end design and tuning of OpenText IC4S. Configure Business Entity Determination and optimize OCR extraction templates/machine learning loops to achieve >90% field recognition rates.
- Downstream Integration: Ensure seamless integration with SAP MM (handling price/quantity variances, automated block resolutions) and SAP FICO (Non-PO financial postings, tax code determinations, and GL mappings).
- Archiving & Customization: Define best practices for archiving integrations via Archive Link, OpenText Content Server (OTAS), or SAP Content Server. Partner with ABAP teams on custom user exits while adhering to SAP "Clean Core" principles.

Preferred Certifications (Valuable to have):

- OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP Solutions Certification.
- OpenText Intelligent Capture for SAP (IC4S) / BCC Product Certification.
