Job Summary:

We are seeking a Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Creo and a solid understanding of manufacturing and production processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing manufacturable designs, creating detailed engineering drawings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development and production.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies using Creo.

- Create and maintain 3D models, 2D drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).

- Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles to ensure manufacturable designs.

- Work closely with manufacturing and production teams to resolve design-related issues.

- Support engineering change requests (ECR/ECO) and design modifications.

- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, GD&T;, and quality requirements.





- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Review and improve existing designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Creo (Part, Assembly, and Drawing).

- Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes.

- Knowledge of machining, fabrication, sheet metal, casting, or injection molding processes.

- Good understanding of GD&T; and engineering drawing standards.

- Experience in BOM creation and engineering documentation.

- Familiarity with PLM/PDM tools is an added advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
