Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor production activities to meet monthly and yearly targets.
- Ensure availability of machines, raw materials, and manpower.
- Review MIS reports, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, discipline, training, and performance.
- Implement and monitor ISO 9001-based quality systems; ensure product quality.
- Lead safety initiatives, incident investigations, and compliance of safety norms.
- Manage inventory of slow-moving/non-moving items and coordinate with PPC.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, and cost reduction initiatives; monitor and control OPEX.
- Ensure effective deployment of QMS and continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Plastic/ Polymer/Mechanical/Composite/Glass/Production/Industrial /process)
- 9- 15 years of experience in production or plant operations.
- Experience in QMS, ISO 9001, and Six Sigma preferred.
