Job Requirement- Recruiter Skills and Qualifications

- Experience in Non-Tech Hiring to manage category hiring

- Proven expertise in handling various vacancies across different domains.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to assess and evaluate candidate qualifications.

- Negotiation and deal-closing abilities with candidates.

- Excellent time-management skills and multitasking ability.

- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to successful offer rollout and closure.

- Source and attract high-quality candidates through job portals, professional databases and networking platforms.

- Screen resumes and conduct structured screening interviews,



evaluating candidates technical skills, soft skills, experience and cultural fit within defined timelines.

- Prepare competitive CTC structuring and create compensation proposals.

- Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.

- Maintain strong candidate relationships and provide clear, regular hiring updates to all stakeholders.

- Maintain the candidate database and recruitment trackers

- Ensure timely updating of all data for real-time updates and accurate tracking (ATS) of candidate progress within the Talent Pipeline

Location: Wagle estate, Thane

Working Days : Monday to Friday
