Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in customers and promote DriveX products and services.
- Generate quality leads and assist in converting enquiries into sales.
- Guide customers through the sales process and coordinate with the store team.
- Explain product features, offers, finance options, and warranty perks.
- Maintain customer details and update lead status in the CRM.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving monthly sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive store experience.
