Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled software developer to lead the internal development and optimization of the Online Remote Update Technology. The role includes tool development and feature enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable backend services and APIs.
- Lead architectural decisions for backend systems, promoting best practices and up-to-date patterns.
- Develop robust RESTful and event-driven APIs for reliable system integration.
- Optimize backend systems for high performance, availability, and reliability.
- Champion continuous integration and deployment practices for fast, safe delivery cycles.
- Monitor, measure, and improve system observability, including logging, metrics, and alerting.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, QA, and operations to deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
- Create and maintain clear, comprehensive technical documentation for APIs and system components.
- Own service delivery from design through production, ensuring issues are addressed promptly.
- Mentor and support engineers, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards and share expertise.
- Respond to production incidents, lead root cause analysis, and drive remediation.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and technology.
- Ensure solutions adhere to internal quality standards and external compliance requirements.




- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business value.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work with complex system architectures and cross-functional teams.

- Observability: Beyond just "logging," you need to use tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry to trace requests across distributed systems.
- Familiarity with general requirements for software development (e.g. KGAS) and formal verification standards.
