Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for various positions within the organization, including EPC projects in oil & gas industry.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding recent hires.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates who meet company standards.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition Specialist role, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ability to use it effectively.
- Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
