Hiring: Java Full Stack Developer

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Cloud Technologies (AWS preferred), and Frontend Frameworks (React/Angular/Vue.js). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 8+, Spring, and Spring Boot
- Build and support Microservices-based architectures
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and event-driven services
- Work on front-end development using React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Collaborate with Product, DevOps, QA, and UI teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design decisions
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and best development practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards
- Mentor junior developers and support project delivery initiatives

Technical Skills Required

- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in software development




- Strong expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot
- Solid experience in Microservices Architecture
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Messaging Systems, and Asynchronous Processing
- Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS preferred / Azure / GCP)
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL Databases
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Containerized Deployments
- Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot is an advantage
