DevOps Engineer for DLCM Control Center development Years Of exp: (7-14 yrs) Role Overview

Join the team building the automated campaign management service within the DLCM Control Center an initiative aimed at reducing tool fragmentation and manual effort by standardizing campaign business logic and enabling fully automated campaign management ( one call to action for release/baseline creation and campaign/batch creation incl. data load).

The DLCM Control Center is positioned as a central approval, deployment, and monitoring platform that decouples business processes from update-technology specifics, with automated campaign management as an explicit target capability.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and operate reliable, scalable delivery pipelines that support automation-first campaign management and reduce manual steps across creation and execution workflows.
- Own CI/CD and deployment automation across environments; improve release quality through repeatable, audited delivery practices.
- Implement and run cloud-native operational practices: monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and rapid incident troubleshooting to meet availability and performance expectations.
- Enable secure, role-aware operations aligned with compliance needs (e.g. reducing exposure to sensitive third party data via role/permission changes).
- Partner with product/engineering to deliver API-based integrations that streamline campaign orchestration across adjacent systems (e.g. recall campaign creation, baseline campaign creation via interfaces).
- Raise DevOps maturity through standardization, automation, and feedback loops across dev and ops stakeholders.

Technical Expertise

- CI/CD & automation: Strong hands-on experience designing/operating automated pipelines; comfort with common tooling such as Jenkins and Git-based workflows.
- Containers & orchestration: Production experience with Docker and Kubernetes; ability to package and deploy consistently and operate workloads at scale.




- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proven delivery of reproducible infrastructure using Terraform and/or other automations.
- Observability: Practical expertise with metrics/logs/tracing and alerting; ability to instrument systems and operate with dashboards and synthetic checks where relevant.
- Security-by-design in delivery: Experience embedding security checks into pipelines and operations; understanding of software supply-chain transparency (e.g. SBOM practices) and modern DevSecOps expectations.
