Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end plant operations, ensuring secure and efficient day-to-day functioning.
- Manage production activities including sorting, washing, extrusion, and dispatch of recyclable materials.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer specifications are consistently met.
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on production, maintenance, inventory, and plant performance.
- Monitor inventory, material movement, and plant housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, statutory, and ETP requirements.
- Lead, train, and manage plant supervisors, operators, and contract workforce.
- Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and overall plant efficiency.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production,



Industrial, or related field).
- 812 years of experience in plant operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in recycling, plastics, manufacturing, or process industries preferred.
- Strong experience in plant maintenance, including preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Good understanding of plastic washing and extrusion processes.
- Experience in preparing and analyzing MIS reports and production data.
- Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, quality systems, and ETP operations.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. English/Marathi/Hindi preferred.
