Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure the safety and security of cinema patrons, staff, and assets by monitoring CCTV cameras, responding to emergencies, and conducting regular rounds.
- Conduct fire drills and evacuate the premises in case of an emergency to ensure timely response.
- Maintain a visible presence at all times to deter potential threats or incidents from occurring.
- Collaborate with local authorities to resolve any issues related to movie piracy or other criminal activities.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in security management or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of fire fighting techniques, fire safety management, and emergency response procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure during high-stress situations while maintaining vigilance.
