Job Summary

We are looking for an Executive Product Regulatory to ensure compliance with environmental regulations governing electronic products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CPCB regulations, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), and environmental compliance related to E-Waste, Battery Waste, and Plastic Waste Management Rules. The role involves regulatory monitoring, compliance documentation, statutory filings, audits, and coordination with internal as well as external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with E-Waste, Battery Waste, and Plastic Waste Management Rules.
- Monitor and interpret new environmental regulations and evaluate their impact on products and business operations.
- Manage regulatory submissions, statutory filings, and annual returns within defined timelines.
- Track and monitor EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) targets and ensure timely compliance.
- Maintain accurate compliance documentation, records, and regulatory reports.
- Coordinate with CPCB and other regulatory authorities for compliance-related activities.
- Ensure product labelling, marking,



and documentation meet applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external compliance audits and regulatory inspections.
- Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct awareness sessions on environmental compliance requirements across internal teams.
- Support BIS compliance activities and other product regulatory initiatives whenever required.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3–6 years of experience in Product Regulatory, Environmental Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs.
- Robust knowledge of CPCB regulations, EPR framework, and environmental compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with E-Waste, Battery Waste, and Plastic Waste Management Rules.
- Familiarity with CPCB portals, documentation, regulatory filings, and annual returns.
- Experience in compliance audits, inspections, and maintaining regulatory documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for compliance tracking and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
