Role & responsibilities
- Lead NABH accreditation and re-accreditation activities.
- Develop, implement, and monitor hospital quality policies, SOPs, and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, biomedical waste, infection control, and statutory regulations.
- Monitor quality standards in OPD, OT, Cataract Services, Retina, Glaucoma, LASIK, Optometry, Pharmacy, Optical Store, and CSSD.
- Ensure compliance with ophthalmic OT protocols and sterilization practices.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years of experience in hospital quality management, NABH accreditation, conducting NABH audit etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, or Allied Health.
- Master's degree (MHA/MBA Hospital Management) preferred.
