On Time Product Development

- Understanding customers requirements related to Welding fixture and Stamping tools development
- Support for systematic development of Welding fixture and stamping tooling and tracking ( plan vs actual ) with respective supplier.
- Feasibility check wrt the customer requirement for Stamping tools
- Design concept review wrt our previous experience and learnings related to Stamp Tools
- Systematic development tracking for Stamping tool like Tool Process mapping, DAP, Tooling trials, Supplier process sign off etc.
- Build result and feedback (improvement if required)
- PTR and PPAP of Stamping tools commodity @ supplier end
- Ensure supplies and documentation from supplier Testing and Validation of Product
- Understanding and signoff of test requirement with the customer related to Stamping tools




- Conduct tests and getting results wrt the given specs of drawing @ from Supplier for Stamping tools
- First Time Right Quality
- FTG RFQ from Supplier
- Support to supplier FTG design review ,Sign off and FTG kick off and time plan
- Seat built as per design and quality requirements Trouble Free Smooth Launch
- Issues resolution as per customer or in-house review input
- Material planning and scheduling during developeement Cost Saving & Cost Effectiveness
- Implementation of VAVE ideas at Stamping toolsprocess and tool @ various level of project to minimise the cost
- Use of maximum carryover parts to minimize the development time and cost.
