This is not a call center, BPO, desktop support, or general IT helpdesk role.

We are looking for a Customer Technical Support Engineer to act as the key technical interface between customers in India and our HQ engineering team.

The role requires solid troubleshooting ability, analytical thinking, and clear technical communication. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer issues, verifying technical information, reproducing problems where possible, and preparing clear case reports for HQ engineering follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer-reported technical issues and clarify problem details.
- Analyze logs, test results, and issue descriptions to ensure accuracy.
- Reproduce and verify technical issues where possible.
- Prepare clear technical reports and escalate cases to HQ engineering.
- Coordinate directly with HQ engineers to follow up on solutions.
- Communicate updates clearly to customers and internal teams.




- Maintain proper issue records and troubleshooting documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support, application support, field application engineering, embedded systems, semiconductor, electronics, firmware, or networking.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
- Good understanding of embedded systems, firmware, hardware, Linux, or networking concepts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
