** Qualification- CA or CMA with around 5 yrs + post qualification experience with Manufacturing Organisation (MUST) Excellent Knowledge of Product Costing.

Pro in MS Excel & Power Point.

Robust communication, interpersonal, organizational, time management and analytical skills. Proficient in SAP, especially on MM and CO module

Location- Corporate Office at Gurugram, work from office, 5 days working

Act as Business partner for plant operations globally and business support functions to steer performance by providing methodological and analytical support in the Manufacturing..

Main Job role-

Develop and implement manufacturing performance related to MIS for Management for monitoring and controlling actions.

Consolidation of annual budget, quarterly forecasting process and actual reporting for Manufacturing units





- Support in Budget Guidance Letter for target setting for Budget preparation based on Management direction.

- Continuously improving management reporting formats/ templates

- Highlight deviations/ variation.

- Analysis of the variances. Create/Monitor Manufacturing Dashboard for online reporting of Operational KPI

Ensure standard controlling processes, definition and procedures are maintained with consistency between the plants

Ensure compliance of cost savings activities planned/incorporated during budget .Schedules and produces periodic reports regarding MIS performance
