Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage after-sales services for cooling tower, chiller, compressor, pump products.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets in the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Provide technical support to customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery of spare parts and repairs.
Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in after-sales service or sales in the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Robust knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, chillers, compressors, pumps and their applications.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to provide technical support to customers.
