Job Description

Primesource Consulting LLP is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions and possess excellent sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer roll-out.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment tracker.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
