We're inviting a small number of dermatologists to join the Founding Medical Advisory Board of a new India-first skincare venture.

We're building a different kind of science-led Wellness brand. A personal skin-diagnostic experience sits at the heart of how consumers understand and trust their own skin. And we want dermatologists shaping it from day zero.

Who we're looking for:

- MD / DVD / DNB (Dermatology) recognised qualifications only
- Current IADVL member, validly registered
- ~810 years in practice (a decade is the sweet spot)
- Genuine depth in pigmentation, photo-ageing, acne & skin-of-colour concerns
- Comfortable with skin measurement & structured follow-up
- Someone who wants to build a scientific profile not just lend a name

The commitment: a minimum of 2-3 one-hour working sessions per week. Timings adaptable — early mornings, evenings, weekends all workable.

Engagement: Freelance founding partner. Fixed monthly honorarium; details shared under NDA.
