Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in Tractor Finance / Agri Finance / Rural Lending
Strong knowledge of the local market and dealer network
Experience in dealer sourcing, channel development, and business acquisition
Proven track record in achieving business targets
Team handling experience will be an added advantage
Experience in Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Tractor Loan business across the assigned territory
- Develop and manage dealer and channel partner relationships
- Lead business sourcing and market expansion activities
- Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets
- Monitor portfolio quality and ensure process compliance
- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for timely case processing
- Identify current business opportunities and strengthen market presence
