Roles & Responsibilities

- Configure, develop, and enhance ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules.
- Develop and optimize Discovery, MID Server, and Service Mapping configurations.
- Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and other platform components.
- Design and implement asset lifecycle workflows and automation solutions.
- Enhance CMDB accuracy through data normalization, reconciliation, and integration improvements.
- Build and support workflow-driven solutions to automate operational processes.
- Interpret business and technical requirements and deliver backlog-driven enhancements.
- Collaborate with CMDB, IT Operations, and Integration teams to ensure accurate infrastructure and asset data.
- Participate in testing, release management, deployment, and post-production support.
- Support platform integrations and ensure alignment with ServiceNow development best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ITOM, ITAM, Discovery, and Asset Management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and Integration teams, to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Follow Agile methodologies and contribute to continuous platform improvements.
